Black Friday Offer 2025 – Terms and Conditions

 

Warfield Homes Ltd, whose registered office is Maclaren House, Warfield Park, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 3RG, Company Number 04690088 (“Warfield Homes”), is offering a Black Friday promotional (“Offer”) subject to the following terms and conditions.

Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information regarding eligibility and participation.

1. Offer Period
   The Offer is valid for offers to purchase a home forming part of the Black Friday Offer made between 00:01 on 27 November 2025 and 23:59 on 5 December 2025 (“Offer Period”). Offers received outside this period will not qualify.
2. Eligibility
   • The Offer is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are able to lawfully enter into a contract for the purchase of a home.
   • The Offer applies only to homes specifically designated by Warfield Homes as part of the Black Friday Offer.
   • Employees, agents, or contractors of Warfield Homes Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from participation.
3. Qualification Criteria
   • To qualify for the Offer, the purchaser (“Purchaser”) must:
4. Submit a valid offer at the Black Friday Offer Price to purchase a qualifying home within the Offer Period;
5. Pay a deposit of £10,000 no later than 12 December 2025;
6. Provide satisfactory proof of funds to confirm their ability to complete the purchase, as required by Warfield Homes, by 12 December 2025;
7. Complete the purchase of the home (i.e., legal completion and transfer of ownership) on or before 31 January 2026.
8. Offer Details
   • The specific benefits or discounts available under the Black Friday Offer will be set out in the Purchaser’s sales documentation and shall form part of the contract.
   • The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
   • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
9. General Conditions
   • Warfield Homes Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Purchaser and to require such information as is reasonably necessary for this purpose.
   • Warfield Homes Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect Purchasers who have met all qualification criteria and completed the purchase.
   • If the Purchaser fails to meet any of the qualification criteria, the Offer will be withdrawn, and no benefit will be due.
   • If the Purchaser fails to complete the purchase by 31 January 2026 for any reason, the Offer will be withdrawn, no benefit will be due. The Purchaser will be expected to complete the purchase at the price stated before the Black Friday Offer.
   • Warfield Homes Ltd’s standard terms and conditions of sale apply in addition to these Offer terms.
   • Any disputes arising from this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and the application of English law.
