Looking After What Matters Most – Your Safety at Warfield Park

Since the changes to the Implied Terms in October 2006, we have been responsible for repairing the base of a home if damage is found, especially where it could directly affect the structure or safety of the property.

Our focus is always on making sure the base remains suitable for the home.  Minor or hairline cracks in concrete are normal.   But when those cracks extend over some distance this might indicate more severe damage, this is why we undertake a physical inspection.  That’s why our Executive Director, James, often carries out these inspections personally, alongside Jenna, our Park Rules Administrator.

When issues are identified, we’ll always identify any necessary repairs and ensure they’re dealt with promptly.  This can range from monitoring over a period if there is no impact on the home to underpinning sections of the base in the most serious circumstances.

As you can see, James takes this seriously – he’s even been spotted going under homes to check the base himself (yes, that’s his shoes sticking out from beneath!).
