Meet the Team at Warfield Park: Introducing Jenna 🌳⛑️🧯

At Warfield Park and The Paddocks, our beautiful 100-acre site doesn’t run itself. Behind the scenes, a dedicated team works every day to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and to the highest standard for our residents.

In this edition of our Meet the Team series, we’re pleased to introduce Jenna, our Park Rules and Site Licence Coordinator for a year and a half.

Supporting Safety and Compliance Across the Park

Jenna plays a key role in maintaining safety and compliance throughout the park. As a trained Fire Marshal and First Aider, she is responsible for ensuring that all first aid kits across work vehicles, offices and workshops are fully stocked and up to date.

She also carries out regular checks on the four defibrillators located around the park and office areas, ensuring they are always in good working order should they ever be needed.

Fire safety is another important part of Jenna’s role. She monitors fire boxes across the park and makes sure all fire extinguishers are regularly serviced and maintained to the required standards.

Guidance on Pitch Works and Planning

If a resident is considering carrying out work on their pitch, Jenna is usually the first point of contact. As park homes do not have permitted development rights, any structural works require careful consideration.

Jenna helps residents understand what is required, guides them through structural works requests and advises on whether planning permission may be necessary. She also ensures that all proposals comply with separation distances and fire safety regulations, helping residents navigate the process smoothly and confidently.

Tree Management and Inspections

Tree management also falls under Jenna’s responsibilities. If there is a concern about a particular tree or a general enquiry, she is always happy to assess the situation.

She arranges professional tree inspections every two years with qualified arboriculturists and coordinates any follow-up work with a trusted local tree surgeon. This proactive approach helps maintain both safety and the natural beauty of the park.

Supporting Wildlife: Blooming Marvellous Challenge 2026

Jenna has recently taken on an exciting new initiative: the David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Challenge 2026. This project focuses on creating artificial wildlife habitats across the park to encourage biodiversity and help local wildlife thrive.

It’s a project she is thoroughly enjoying, and one that reflects Warfield Park’s commitment to enhancing the environment for both residents and nature alike.

Jenna’s role is varied, hands-on and essential to the smooth running of Warfield Park and The Paddocks. From safety and compliance to planning guidance and environmental initiatives, her work helps ensure the park remains a safe, welcoming and well-maintained place to live.
