Tucked away in the beautiful Berkshire countryside, Warfield Park is set within 92 acres of stunning parkland, offering a peaceful, leafy environment with a real sense of community. Located in Warfield close to Bracknell, with excellent transport links including nearby train lines, it’s an ideal place to enjoy both nature and convenience.
Each home comes with its own spacious private garden, giving you room to relax outdoors and enjoy the natural surroundings. You’ll often spot wildlife and enjoy mature trees and landscaped green spaces all around the park – it’s a truly unique setting for modern park home living.
Our homes are extremely popular and often in high demand, so there may be times when we ask interested applicants to join a waiting list.

What to expect if you apply:
If you’re interested in renting a home at Warfield Park, we’ll provide you with the following documents:
- Warfield Park Information Sheet
- Tenant Application Form
- Obligations for Renting
- Draft Tenancy Agreement (blank)
- Do’s and Don’ts guide
To apply, you’ll need to return the application form along with proof of identification. We will then carry out a credit check.
Once the credit check is completed successfully, we’ll agree on a move-in date with you. At this point, you’ll be asked to:
- Pay a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent
- Sign the final Tenancy Agreement
We make renting at Warfield Park as straightforward as possible. While we do carry out credit checks and inspections, we don’t charge any admin fees – so all you need to pay upfront is your deposit and your first month’s rent.
We welcome tenants of all ages and are pet friendly, allowing up to three well-behaved domestic pets per household.
Ongoing support and inspections:
Our rental homes are inspected every six months to ensure we maintain them to a high standard for your comfort and safety.
Things to consider when renting:
- Contents insurance – you’ll need to arrange your own cover
- Utility providers – gas, electricity and water usage will apply
- Compliance – tenants must comply with the Site Licence and Park Rules

On move-in day:
Our Rental Negotiator will walk you through the home, show you how everything works (including heating and appliances), and explain how to report any issues or request maintenance.
Costs:
- Rent: From £932 per month, depending on the size of the property
- Council Tax: Band A
- Electricity: Supplied by your chosen provider (Harvest Lea) or charged monthly by Warfield Park (for Warfield Park homes – OFGEM regulated)
- Water/Sewerage: Charged monthly by the park (regulated by OFWAT)
- Gas: All homes are connected to mains gas. You are free to choose your own supplier.
