If you live at Warfield Park, you’ll know that every time you take a stroll, you’re surrounded by the most beautiful birdsong. But have you ever stopped to wonder who is actually doing all that singing? 
We recently discovered a fantastic free app called Merlin Bird ID (not an ad or a sponsor) – and it can identify birds just by their song! 
As they sing, the app picks them up in real-time ! 
As they sing, the app picks them up in real-time ! The other morning, we tested it on a walk through the park and were blown away – in just a few minutes we recorded:
A Blackbird, House Sparrow, Chiffchaff, Blue Tit, Robin, Wood Pigeon, Wren, Great Tit, Dunnock, Goldfinch, Crow, and even a Blackcap!
